We are committed to provide you with world-class service in terms of product quality as well as Refund Policy. However, we acknowledge the possibility of any delivery mistake where it is our intention to refund your money, under following circumstances with certain conditions:
- Goods, if found faulty, would be eligible for refund/exchange/replacement which can take maximum up to 30 days to complete. However, the company reserves the right to decide the cost of refund (in part or full) based on the type of fault/damage the cups/lids possess.
- Goods, if found in damaged condition, must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. Thus, on receiving the delivery, it is essential and much appreciated for the customer to visually inspect the product for any damage and to report the same on an acknowledgement sheet in the presence of the delivery person. Paper Cup World is liable to replace, repair, refund or exchange in case the acknowledgement sheet reports any case of missing or delivery of faulty product.
However, the company is not liable to initiate above-discussed processes for any damage to the product resulted from the fault or negligence of/by the customer.
